1. Appointments

  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.

  • Please arrive on time. If you arrive more than [15] minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service, and the full price may still apply.

  • Cancellations and no-shows are covered in our Refund Policy.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. The price at the time you book applies to that booking.

  • Payment is due [at the time of booking / at the end of your service]. We accept [card, cash, other methods].

  • Gratuities are not included in service prices.

3. Products

We try to show products and descriptions accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly. We may limit quantities or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or priced in error; if so, you will receive a full refund.

Please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your service. We may decline or adjust a service if we believe it could be unsafe for you.

5. Conduct

We want our shop to be respectful for staff and clients alike. We may refuse service to anyone behaving abusively or unsafely.

6. Website use

All content on this site, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Groomingroom or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Groomingroom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product concerned.
